All services are guaranteed*. JH3TS promises to be onsite in less than 24 hours in most cases. Sometimes issues arise that may hinder this response time but with Remote Service available, some work can be done within minutes. All services will be tested before leaving your site and you will also be able to test everything yourself. JH3TS will follow-up every service call to make sure that the services that have been provided were acceptable and that everything is still in working order. JH3TS is insured.
*All services exclude virus/spyware removal, as computers can be easily re-infected and no antivirus solution is 100% effective. They will also exclude an Operating System or Software Installation Service, because activities of the user may undo any repairs made. JH3TS is not responsible for data loss from damaged hardware or negligence of the user for not ensuring that backups are working properly and keeping their systems up-to- date.
