Remote Services
We are able to log into your system remotely using GotoAssist Express. It is almost as if we were sitting next to you, using your keyboard, mouse, and monitor! You can watch as we work on your system.
Here are some of the services we can provide remotely:
- Software (non OS) installs
Install software applications, apply updates if needed, and ensure that it is working properly.
- Virus/Spyware removal
Remove all traces of viruses and spyware and ensure optimal performance. Also, make sure antivirus is installed and working properly.
- PC Tune Up
Ensure that your PC is running at its optimal performance by inspecting event logs, removing temp files, cleaning the registry, enabling basic security features, ensure your antivirus software is updating properly, scanning for spyware/malware, apply service packs and security patches, and removing unwanted programs.
