PC Tune Up* **
Ensure that your PC is running at its optimal performance by inspecting event logs, removing temp files, cleaning the registry, enabling basic security features, ensure your antivirus software is updating properly, scanning for spyware/malware, apply service packs and security patches, and removing unwanted programs.
PC Setup
Set up your computer (including your monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers), install software applications and external peripheral devices, configure your existing Internet configuration and existing e-mail account, and test your PC for proper functionality.
Virus/Spyware removal w/PC Tune Up* **
Remove all traces of viruses and spyware and ensure optimal performance. Also, make sure antivirus is installed and working properly.
Wireless/Wired Network Setup
Setup router and connect all laptops and wireless ready pc’s.
OS install/upgrade**
Provide a complete, professional installation, along with reinstallation of drivers, software and updates.
Software (non OS) installs*
Install software applications, apply updates if needed, and ensure that it is working properly.
Data transfer
Transfer data from one pc or laptop to another.
Automated System Backup (Data Backup)
Backing up your data is important. We can do a onetime backup or setup an automated system backup for you.
Hardware Install/Device setup**
Install hardware such as network cards, video cards, memory, and cd/dvd roms. Attach and configure printers, scanners, monitors and other devices.
