Just like you, we do not like to have IT issues. If you are experiencing any problems that are keeping you from doing your work or that are just frustrating, we are here to help!

If you or anyone on your team needs technical support for any of your IT Services, please do one of the following:

 

Option 1

For the fastest response time or emergencies, call 704-360-3640 - Opt. 2.

This will directly ring Jae Owens, our support technician. If he is not available, it will roll over to our answering service. If neither are available, please leave a voicemail for Jae.

 

Option 2

You can use the monitoring agent icon in your computer system tray to contact us. The icon will be at the bottom right of your screen (next to the clock) and look like this:

Clicking the icon will bring up a menu that has our contact information and a link to “Open Support Ticket” along with a link to download our remote support session if needed. It looks like this:

 

 

If you do not have the icon above, ask how we can monitor your computers for better support, protection, and performance.

 

Option 3

If your issue is not urgent, you can also send an email to support@jh3ts.com. This will also automatically open a ticket and Jae and Jay will be notified.
